Help & FAQ
Quick answers for setup, billing, credits, and account access.
How do I get access?
Use Google sign-in, then redeem an invite code or start a paid subscription. After checkout, your workspace opens automatically in the dashboard.
What happens when my invite period ends?
Invite access transitions to inactive when the trial window expires. Your instance can be reactivated by starting a subscription from the landing page or account page.
How are AI credits used?
Credits are deducted from your account for chat completion tokens. You can review balance, top up, and configure auto top-up from the credits page.
How do I manage billing or cancel?
Open Account in the dashboard and click Manage Billing to launch the Stripe portal. You can update payment methods or cancel from there.
Where can developers find API docs?
Open the API reference at /docs. It includes OpenAPI JSON/YAML, endpoint docs, and example requests.
What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is a privacy-first AI workspace that combines conversation, browser automation, and local file access in one secure VM per user. This service runs OpenClaw for you, so you get the same workflow without installing anything locally.
How do I connect WhatsApp or Telegram?
Go to the channel list in your workspace or user menu and choose WhatsApp or Telegram. In the default hosted WhatsApp setup, you pair your own account and then continue in your WhatsApp self-chat. For Telegram, create a bot with BotFather, paste the token into channel setup, then message the bot directly. See the official channel docs at WhatsApp and Telegram.
What's included in my workspace?
Your workspace includes a managed desktop environment, browser access, file manager, chat, and task execution tools. You can also access terminal and system utilities depending on your plan.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Each workspace runs in an isolated VM, credentials are stored server-side with session controls, and interactions stay within your authenticated account boundary. See our privacy policy for full details.
